Richard takes deep pride in giving every client the absolute most customized training program for their goals. Your first session will involve an in-depth fitness assessment followed by creating an individualized program for you. If you have a home gym, he can utilize your own equipment for your training sessions. If not, Richard will bring the workout equipment to you...your home, on location, outdoors or workplace. He offers virtual training as well (please see virtual training equipment suggestions below). In addition to creating a customized workout plan, Richard will also teach you proper form and technique which will enable you to get the most out of your workout and your time spent with Richard. Whether your goals are to be fit, lose inches or weight, increase lean muscle or simply be healthier and stronger, Richard can develop a program to fit you.
Golf clients will learn how to lower their scores and prevent golf-related injuries. Richard will teach you how to improve head speed, bolster driving distance, and reduce the chance of lower-back injuries.
